does the % of your character lvl influence damage?

hello, i'm working on my lvl 65 bow at the moment and it seems that i manage to crit more and do a little bit more damage as the % of my current character lvl increases. it means: at 10% of lvl 65 i seemed to do less damage and crit less than at 48% of lvl 65.

is that correct or are my observations wrong?

if this is correct, it sure has also the same effect in pvp?

Lol % of the lvls doesnt do any effect on the dmg. The lvl itself however does.

Hershey is right. Your lvl % doesnt affect damage, speed, defence or anything else.
Placebo I would say

lol yea, probably placebo, since my bow does so little damage compared to my glaive at that lvl

didnt you add str/int to ur gear or upgraded a skill?

He compared 10% to 48%, which he probably already did his skills and stats at the beginning of his level.
