1). Rename Joymax to Ruckus Gaming
2). Fire all employees in management positions. Hire new management with actual gaming experience and not just business.
3). Cease licensing of SRO
- Cease all support for cSRO, jSRO, vSRO and tSRO. Means make all versions of SRO controlled by me.
- All SRO updates will be released globally simultaneously. All versions of SRO will be on same updates and caps.
- Make SRO only in 2 languages. Korean and English
- Create separate servers for following countries, Turkey, Germany, Vietnam. The language will not be translated. Still in English, but these countries will have IP Mask Bans from iSRO.
- Brazil and Mexico will be banned permanently from all versions of SRO.
4). Stop renting servers. Have own dedicated servers and bandwidths, create a Tech Department to maintain servers.
5). Shut down all of iSRO and servers. Erase Euros from the Game. Erase Unique / Sealed weapons and gears from the game
6). Restart SRO brand new on new servers.
7). Hire 6 GMs for each server. 2 GMs online at all time. 8 Hour Shifts. 24.7
. Make iSRO pay to play. You want to play a game with great customer service and no lags, you gotta pay.
9). Update the Game. Cities. Make sure there is a city for every degree. Implement Castle Siege. Implement Instances.
10). Update Job System.
- Create Thief Camps. No more teleporting to thief town for thieves. Once a thief robs, he must transport his goods to the various thief camps.
- If thieves can camp trade routes... then hunters can camp thief routes. Even the game. Provide more fun for hunters.
- No Aliases, bring back the names.
- Bring back old style so you can thief, hunt or trade whenever.

i would fire all the workers from their job, than hire employees that can actually prevent the bots from playing and ban all annoying spammers/turks. i'm not racist against turks, but some of them do annoy me; so lemme rephrase what i said b4. i'd ban the bots, spammers, and annoying turks.
oh yea and get "Actual" workers that know how to keep Sro bot free and stuff

to me, this wouldn't be a good idea because they actually have some people that don't bot and they play without being silk-buyers. but this is your opinion so i can't judge you much if this is what's on your mindSilver0 wrote:Ban non silk buyers and say they bot

One i would advertise the game, i havn't seen any advertising for this game anywhere even online except xfire, if i hadn't known about it how would I have found it to play. means more people playing
Sell actual box sets with cds to install from, and silk cards at places like best buy or other stores, most of the people who play and don't bot would buy silk, but many are too young to use a credit card, having a easy cash option would mean more silk sold. Also the silk items cost too much i'd cut how much they cost by say a costume would only be 80 silk, which means more people are inclined to buy them, since they cost nothing to make selling more units at a lower price then fewer at higher price
Make a weather and season system (a nice effect, i miss the rain but storms like hard storms and snow and winds and just clouds, would be awesome, varied and seasons change as do the color of leaves in some areas and the foilage), leave the option to turn weather effects off for those computer that can't handle it
Hire a bunch of gms, to go around between servers and kick bots, 24 hours a day, i'd say 1 gm for every 3 servers
Having gms hang out to give the player a sense of being cared about, having seasonal events
The gambling system, a battle arena for pvp events like ctf or cp control, life stock
a more elaborate alchemy system, where after making a tablet your charector remembers everything they make, and only need the elements and higher chances of success that are displayed the odds of success before you attempt to fuse. I would add elemental properties to weapons and armor (increased damage when element is used or damage reducing when it hits you)
increase the amount that light and ice to to be more on par with fire, add an imbue for the force line that deals an increse of physical damage instead of magic (mainly to encourage more players to use the force line, and making it a reasonable alternative when you are can only have 2 masteries)
remove auto pot, and make it a premium item

I'd make it bot free but make exp&sp 100% more
drop rate and gold x5
i'd have alot of events with awesome prizes like
sosun weapons
silk
gold
And once a week i'd have a unique day where all the uniques spawn in one place starts from TG to ROC and everyone in that area gets a HP&MP bonus so they can kill ROC
and Hire GM's who will work for free, people who enjoy the game also add a CALL A GM button.
i'd also ban people without a second thought and create different SRO's and make iSRO english speaking only, you'd get banned for speaking anything but english
i think i'd limit the ammount of guilds on a server aswell, so guild wars woud happen alot and make guilds 100mil to create.

I don't agree with banning non english, but i do like the finite guild idea, make them more like factions instead of just teams, like 6 unions max, but you'd have to make them hold more people

HONESTLY?
I don't know.. Maybe my priorities aren't straight, but I'd blackmail the bot companies and setup a residual payment plan. Then, I'd drain the marketing potential of SRO by introducing endless amounts of money-grabbing "premium" items until everyone was so sick of them that no one bought into the so-called premium game experience anymore. At which point I would totally flatten the company, quickly syphening all possible funds literally sending Joymax on the brink of bankrupcy, only barely meeting the definition of a successful business - one that generates profits, with only the oldest server in SRO remaining. Heeding to the plight of the people, however, I would imply a system by which during peak hours, everyone Idle from their computer for more than 45 minutes will be disconnected, thereby eliminating both the bot, and server traffic problem by disconnecting thousands of AFK players.

If you ever had a job, you would know that it's never the Employees fault. It's always management.
So fire the managers and create your own Disneyland.. Keep the employees

EDIT:
@frites, GOLD BOTS [which make up almost 57%+ of the servers] DONT BUY SILK!! god some people nvr learnPeople would start to like the game without botters thus having legit players buying more and more silk.
+1
how do you know that gold bots fill up 57% of the servers.
when there were no gold bots or bots in general server traffic ranged from easy - populated. that probably showed joymax how many "real" players were actually online which caused them to refrain from performing another anti-bot initiative on isro. [joymax is under the delusion that the bots making traffic are players
in all honesty if i owned joymax i would just give orders [all encompassing], and thats all...
90% of statistics are made up on the spot.
^ surprisingly that is true.

I'll sell them and get myself one of these kool 50 cent chains...then i'll get myself that red ferrari he had in candy shop vid...then i'll build myself some super-kool mansion at Beverlyhills with a pool and a theatre and a place just for video-games and i'll have some hot supermodel stay at home with me...then euhmmm...
....oh you meant about the game...i'd make some events to blind the gamers while i slightly rise all silk costs....or if was honest by that time which i really doubt i'd just kill myself cause i'm too lazy to handle the utterly messy situation.
..Lol
But guys seriously...look at the post and tell me who can do all of your affordable dreams and keep doing them on regular bases?
No one can...not for a big chunk of time at least.
The big point we should all see here is:
JM sees two things...profits and customer counts, so shall you...and neither are decreasing, so one will start thinking why change anything?
If you start the first year with good intentions they'll slightly fade after the 2nd year and so on...until they completely fade away in the 4th/5th...which is exactly the case here.

WTH ARE YOU GUYS THINKING ?????
I would do totally nothing and still make shitloads of money ^^
So I wouldnt change anything about and just laugh at players whining about bots and how hard it is to log in, and in the are to adictive to stop and end up buying a premium each month

Fire every single person currently working for Joymax.
Personally head to every server and walk around every area, banning every bot I can find.
Put special "gm barriers" around every city, so when a bot walks near it, it thinks it detects a GM and logs off.
Increase exp per kill so you no longer need to pay money to level up.
Remove all seal weapons from game.
Make uniques even more powerful.
Give Yarkan a shield that allows him to block more than generals.
Make it so once you buy a pet that picks up items you never need to spend more money to buy clocks.
Do whatever I can to make game better(customer support that works)
Hire competent GM's to not sit around and send automated messages everyday, but actually go into the server, and screw with the players(pvp and such)
More events!
Okay..thats enough for now..I can keep going if I wanted to..I've already planned out my take over of Joymax. >_>

Stupid. If I had employers like those managing iJM, I'd quit, it's just morally wrong even though it's just a game.

lol. I bet you would.
Then again, if you owned Joymax I guess you would have to quit as well. Put yourself as CEO with the same problems Silkroad has now. You now have defined the very type of person you hate.
