there is no such thing as offline there is only AFK!!
1) Honor points are received when players graduate out of your academy at level 40. The amount you receive is based on what level they entered, and the rating they assign you at the end, keep in mind this is only for apprentices. You can also get up to 2 Junior Guardians at level 40, who graduate at level 60. You don't receive honor points from them, but they are meant to assist you with your academy, answering questions, leveling people up, etc. etc.
2) Honor Buffs are given to players based on their overall academy ranking throughout the server. You can check the rankings at the storage NPC in every city. The buffs vary from faster movement, increased damage/defense, to higher chance of getting berserker gauge (from bronze, silver, gold, king) respectively.
3) Seal oh Honor (SoH) weapons worth are primarily affected by how bad you want one. They start out as base SoSuns with a different glow, no plus, and 0% on every stat. They cannot be traded or stalled, and have a maximum of 5 repairs. Additional repairs can be fused onto them by the special stone available at the storage NPC, which costs a small amount of honor points. Look at needing about 2500 honor points for an 8th degree SoH, so unless you can grind your apprentices out really quickly, it takes some time to get one.
