UNABLE TO LOGIN ACC INGAME BUT THERE IS NO ONE IN MY ACC

I was leveling in Taklamakan using my level 72 character to finish my 3hrs golden ticket. suddenly the game lag 5-6sec then it hang so i force restart my computer.
When i try login my account,it stated

'the user is already connected. in a case that the user was forced to exit due to error,it can be checked as still connected. Please try again 5 minutes later.'

i tried a couple of times trying to login but still get this error. i tried almost 1hour now but still can't login my account. i ask my guildmate to login his account to check whether my character is online or not. But my character didnt online at all.

before any flames me,i never dare to touch bots,buy gold,visit dangerous website,no sosun or sos 8 deg at all.

is this a glitch or my worst nightmare has come that i got hacked.

i really need sincere help,thanks. :cry:

If your friend says you're logged off, then it is just a bug.

Number of theories to disprove this

1. Someone has it on the "char select" screen
2. Someone has created a new char in which the supposed "hacker" is on

But with that said, i do believe what your saying. Its prob just a bug, give it a day and see what happens.

Or your friend is lying and hes the hacker, either one.

my character is already fully created so cant create anymore.

i am now in my fren's house,he is in his account monitoring see whether did anyone login my char so it cant be.

my friend had the same problem.

after pvp he got lagged out, he couldnt log on for 1 week with the same message you said. just wait for the next inspection

it already happen some time ago... jm probably repairing acc's index notin to be worried
