You will need to get higher lvl than that. My lvl 40 was full farmed (lvl 40 masteries, maxxed skills) pure int with a som+5 spear. Didnt even make a dent, but gl to you.

Disagree, its a combination of the 3. I dont strive to be the best lvl 40 char out there, therefore I dont waste my gold on buying full sets of low lvl som stuff. My point was that as a maximum dmg chinese char, I didnt do a thing to him. Thats why I wish you luck. That said, your str and he is int, and you got a better weapon. I think you will beat him unless he buys a better weapon. GL.
