Today I was told a guild member had been botting and even admited it, Metriod took a screenshot witnessing the event and sent it to me, moments later he was banned from the guild, in despite of the fact he is a friend and a cool kid.
And no I have no idea what's going to happen to Ito's guild as I'm nobody to decide, that's up to Gini.
I just wanted to let you know how I do mind if someone's botting on our guild, unlike other people.

You're right. The amount of "XXX is a botter and was in my guild, but now isn't because we truly abide by the legit player's mantra, despite him being a cool guy" threads recently is disturbing.

The botting problem does not get old because its the most common problem of the game. Its to be expected that people will talk about botters often on a legit forum. I rather see continuous topics about people being against bots than reading constant post about how it doesn't matter or get use to bots.
Anyway, Theifx is a friend of mine. He was one of those SRO players with a Peter Pan mentality, just seemed be content being low level. I was wondering how he started leveling so fast. lol

lol....so they have a term?
not like it matters what anyone thinks. If you bot, you bot. If you dont, you dont. As long as you personally know for a fact that you are legit, why do you have to prove it to anyone?
Such a sad thing knowing that you are right -_- Eventually everyone (or a majority) seems to succumb to botting with an excuse of not having enough time to play, but if that is the case why play at all- It will be up to the new union master to decide to how sanction bots, not me =p
I never botted . But yeh, I stayed at 32 for 4months and then quit the game ^^. Which reminds me: I still need to do a unioncontest to give my stuff away.

Lol,still same old greece i see...
These are the times when i get 100% sure that i did the right thing when i gave all my stuff away but still...
You guys should think really well about it, if you want a full legit union you guys gotta have a union meeting, or talk with every single member from the union and make sure he doesnt bot.
Even if you only stay with few ppl,at leats you'll be sure (or almost... at least) that you no longer have ppl botting in your union, OR,you can always talk with every single legit and agree to form a new and ONLY guild, wich imho is alot better than just having a whole union with couple active ppl or legits..but meh its up to you.

Thats what I always tried to do (and its actually the reason my guild has good members) but not everyone wanted to merge the guilds.

Its when you get a group of people who usually have a waist line as soft as pillows and actually lack a decent amount of real life activities which allows them to spend otherwise productive hours on a mmorpg.
