when I cape fight I dont plan to get ganged by a whole euro team pre buffed with a cleric healing from safety. or a whole chinese group. i cape fight to test my skill in 1v1. If I wanan do gorup fight i,ll ask and get the cape to do so.

if I wanna team pvp i,ll guild war or i'll job war /trade run.

and op is an idiot now stop with the swearing u agressive cunt.

While you do lack the mental capacity to understand this very simple concept, I do not. I understand that clerics were added to this game for the purpose of buffing and healing people.

each post degrades you even further....do jobs if you wany multiple pvps, but cape is generally 1v1 as conceived by the populace of sro, and therefore, if your character does not have the skills being used, it is not a 1v1 pvp as people intend it to be. Get over it, the fact is that no one regards capes as an all out war. perhaps if you actually played the ga,e you could realize this, or perhaps if you read this topic you would understand its you vs. sro.

Vindicator makes alot of valid points in his posts. IMO it comes down to the morales that sro has adapted to over time and ever server may be different depending on the players that play on that particular server.

eg. you fight with your own buffs, your own skills. If u see 2 players fighting .. you wouldn't have the indecency to just go right in and smack one of the guys, because to me thats just lacking respect. Its just like saying.. why don't i just spawn some mercs while in a cape pvp and pwn ur ass straight up .. which no one wouldn't because thats just pretty gay.

And the cleric thing imagine 2 players prepare to PVP, one may be chinese and one may be a euro .. lets just say the chinese tells his nearby cleric frend to jump in and buff him and the euro ends up getting pwned hard out.. seriously is there any sense of morales been shown here ?? to me thats just a big WDF and being big noob on the chinese chars side.

One player has the Cleric buffs and the other player doesn't .. the player with the cleric buff is going to win hands down already. Just think for a second is it even fair ?? If you want to be all tough and get buffs off cleric while in a 1v1 cape fight then by all means go ahead .. but just be warned that 99% of the time the opponent your vs'ing is going to complain and i wouldn't blame him/her.

Sure JM has introduced clerics, theres no set rules within pvping and sro might have to adapt to new changes. But in the end it comes down to your self morales .. what u define as right or wrong.

I don't mind if the go invisible and walk out and 1 hit, but it pisses me off that the fact they run back into the gate AFTER they kill someone. What's the point? *ZOMG I CAN GET 1HIT WITH MY 75% DMG INCREASE SKILL *GASP* Maybe turn it off after you do your kill then just MAYBE you can kill again? If you can't you pretty much suck yourself. I don't mind if other people use their buff either, but it pisses me off that people with <Insert better gear than you and theirself has buff on> complain about you with it or when they ask for a ONE vs ONE. That means YOURSELF vs SOMEONE. That does not include "zomg ima have my friend buff me" then it wouldnt really be called a '1vs1'

And you said "zomg go buy the pills" if they lasted for more than 3min then I'd buy them. Since they don't whats the Farking point? *ZOMG 15 SECONDS!* You're better off dying instead of paying 30k for every 15seconds. Ohh let's not forget they have like a min cool down.

It's all fair, but there is someone in the back that has to 'ruin' it somehow. Well not ruin to be exact, but.. uh.. can't think of a better word.

I' ve seen ppl giving 2 cents, so here are my 2 ...

Anyway, I played alot of mmorpgs, and each one has a bit different (non-written, GAMERS MADE RULES). But in all of them, if you duel someone it' s considered to be one on one. If u get a support char of any kind to buff you, while your opponenet can' t kill him without getting some kind of murder status, IT' S A NOOB THING TO DO. Even if he can kill the buffer, I think it is still nooby and lame. Dueling or PvPing or however you want to call it is there so that you can test YOUR skills against other player.

If you want to just kill ppl get a group of ppl and go around and kill ppl but don' t call them noobs because they tell you to f*** off.

Anyway make love not war.

PvP=1 vs 1
Jobbing=group vs group

Is true that euro have big problems if they dont have a party to cape pvp, but if you dont like it you just have to wear your job suit and do it on groups. If i go to pvp something that I hate is the people that got owned on 1 vs 1 that come running to fight me if they see that Im fighting other people. Yesterday I have 74 warlcok/cleric that was trying to kill me, he was dying after arrow combo so by the time he cast all his debuf he was dead, but he was still trying to kill me. After a while I think that he give up but he was just waiting on safe zone to see when I was fighting other people, to come running and stun me and debuff me so my opponent could kill me. Thats is just gay and a bad looser, if you are low level just fight with people that you can kill but dont fu.k other people game beacuse you loose the fight you choose to fight.

Somedays ago I was fighting a pure str bow/glavie. He was dual so he didnt have ice, so I was just switching to snow shield and killing him easy on those 2 minutes. Then he call a 7x cleric to buff him with 113 phys 170 mag and more tahn 30 str and int points and he was saying that I was the gay because I refuse to fight him on those conditions. His lame excuse to need a cleric it was that dual build was strong with previous skills but now isnt anymore, so he compensate that he dont have ice with that. Thats is totally gay,

No 1 vs 1 means the one player uses all that can he buff by himself not with other ppl help. Get it. I can be kind with lvl 80 cleric bufs. I will own 10 lvls higher without them i cant own 5 lvls higher. BECOUSE ITS ME NOT WITH lvl 80 HELP GET IT?

no, because its not his own skills for 1v1. If you want to use outside buffs, then agree on it in the pvp so you dont hve an unfair advantage. If you win with cleric buffs, it means your too weak to do it yourself so you had to use outside buffs to win your "1v1" unless the other player agrees and uses his own outside buffs.

I have a feeling there has been a little misunderstanding here.
Let' s see if i got this right.

On one side ppl say it s ok to use buffs if for example u have a cleric sub or main, and you buff yourself, but it' s not ok if your friend buffs you during your own PvP 1 on 1 with another player?

And on the other side there are ppl that say it s ok to use buffs from other ppl during their own PvP 1 on 1?

I dont think its so much about losing the fight as it is teh shit talking that comes after.

Multiple times Ive had a level 80 come up to me and kill me when theyre fully buffed, using item mall scrolls, honour buffs and someone is using vital spot on me. And after they kill me, they talk shit about how weak I am, how strong they are. Thats what gets me mad. If they dont talk shit, Ill buff up and start pvping again. But when people call you weak, when theyre using every possible increase..

well the thing that piss us is when people go all mighty cause they gang you all buffed with cleric buff and start talking shit about you and call you noob but will decline guild wars or will cmap safe zone in job war when u bring mate to fight them.

its not about beieng a loner, you should take a trip on alps lol when we cape fight people try to pick on us and gang us and sart talking shit about our union. its a loose loose situation, if you call guildie to get an interesting fair fight, they cmap safe zone cause we would totaly own them. But if you dont they keep ganging you.

exactly, the problem is that the noobs gets cleric buffs to pvp you, then has the audacity to think they are even close to being better. The other problem, is that with cleric buffs on them, its only a pot fight because cleric buffs + heal = godly, and they wont ever kill me w/o zerk or suns. Then they talk shit like "omg your so weak you cant kill me" for the obvious reason hes doing 2v1, not 1v1, and cant even kill me with godly buffs. Nothing is worse than a kiddie with cleric buffs and a big mouth in a 1v1.

In a job war, its different, because in a job war, i know i got cleric buffs when i need em XD because its different when its war.

Exactly, nothing is worse than a guild member telling me that 2 or 3 noobs keep killing him because they cant do it in 1v1, so i have to come to dw to kick their asses. Of course, once Black_Mambas show up, they run for the town wall like its dropping sosuns.
