i just screwed myself over with this new http://www.joymax.com/portal/ website, i found out i could finally change my password, but I changed it to something begining with a capital letter, now i cant login to the website anymore...

The button for it has vanished from the SRO page but it still works, no clue for how long...
But since it sounds like the portal was your only way to change the PW (= no secret answer), this is rather a general hint. I remember when I made my first SRO account I also put a capital letter first and it didn't work to connect ingame, I just wrote the letter small and it worked, but I guess you tried that yet. Their system only allows small letters or numbers, so there should be some way to login with the password you made. If not, write a complaint and hope that they find a way to help you.
