alchemy efficiency

when breaking down a weapon to obtain elements wind 2...is it true that the lower your character lvl is, the more wind 2 u will get compare to a high lvl breaking down the same type of weapon?

Nope... My friend used to be a hardcore element seller and had whole lists set up with the element ranges he would get from the items he broke down. He was lvl 3x or so and I was 7x back then. I followed his list and got the same ammounts within the ranges he had set up.
