Lets think about this logically. This game is based on gears. Before the introduction of euro who ever had the suns, had the advantage. Now when Euro was introduced there wernt any 8th degree sun euro items. So to counteract this, they made the euro skillz do a lot of damage compared to that of its Chinese counterparts.
Now when u see some vid of a rogue with a +7 weapon pwning some capped Chinese players with sun defenders you come to the conclusion "well euros will pwn with sun".
Now when the 90 cap comes, the new skillz will be dumbed down to balance this out. Also Chinese gears new skillz will increase in affect/damage.
In the end it will be a balanced playing field. So when you see a vid like this, dont come to the obvious conclusion of euros = pwn. Remember what i have said.

Well considering that Europeans will never get Seal items above 6th degree, they will always have weapons that are equivelant in power to Seal weapons, and Europeans even though their attacking skills end at 80, the skills will just continue to keep getting stronger, and will always be stronger than Chinese skills. All of this to counter the 15 sec pot delay. It doesnt seem so bad anymore.
Because I don't think so, and that makes a big difference too.
Almost 40 on the glaiver it's and 10x better than the rouge. I even kill rouges my lvl. Dagger rouges are especially easy.
