Who cares if some people on SRF think you are not legit? Go play on your server and see how many silk buyers there are, and go have fun with us other non-legits. If you can buy silk, good for you. Don't let somebody tell you where to spend your money when they aren't blessed with the same comfort.

get power lvl'd (by botters)

getting power lvl'd by legits or buying silk you are still legit

Legit - You don't bot, scam, buy gold. CCF, and hack.
Using silk is fine..Joymax put silk in the game for a reason, to buy it and use it.

IMO, Joymax can prevent powerleveling, but they have chosen not to. Thus, with the exception of those who spend real money for it, I don't think it really falls into the category of being "ill-legit."

And yes, there is nothing wrong with buying silk. Personally, I just can't spend real money on this game.

Covered those cause I saw you guys saying they're "not legit."

Although I don't really agree with item mall items and don't buy silk anyways cause it's a game and no point spending money, JM has included it so silk buyers would also be "legit."

its true that everyone can abuse them, but JM tells us not too.

Legits play without using 3rd Party Software, simple as that.

Botting / Goldbuying = Illegit

Silk / Powerleveling = Legit

Just to bring up Pk2 Editing as being 3rd Party Software, its Accepted as legit.

No scamming, hacking, botting, bying gold with 3th party, getting powerleveled for money.

Getting powerleveled for joing your friends on their level is just helping friends out so I conscider this as legit. (I know there's a thin line there)

Bying silk is completely legit, because it is offered by Joymax. And so part of the game (and income of Joymax).

Exploiting bugs or other malwriten code is also not legit if it gives you an advantage over other players. If you find such a bug, you should report it to the dev team (not that they will answer you but hey you did your job).

That's my point of view.

What's the deal with "scamming" being put in a non legit category? If you can get banned for 100years then you're doing something non legit. Scamming is peer to peer conflict and JM won't get involved with such issues. For most games "legit" stands for not cheating or hacking.

Scamming is just some person taking advantage of another. It's all done in game and really wouldn't even be legit or non legit. There's no rule that says don't scam people or you'll get banned blah blah blah.....It's just there.

When you guys bring it up, complain, make threads about getting scammed, "oh look at this scammer" ect.....Must mean that you've been a victim. It's funny in a way cause there's some pretty simple solutions. If something looks to good to be true well then ignore it. Don't give out your info or be greedy with items.

Quote nb in vent "If you can't live without it, don't loan it to someone" something along those lines :love:

This probably doesn't belong in this thread but w/e....Just an opinion.

It is a non written rule in every MMO (and in some it is a written rule) that you should not do anything to destroy the others players fun of playing the game. Scamming is indeed destroying the fun for other players. As would be killing a person over and over and over again untill he is forced to log off (camping a body). And no I have not been a victim of either.

I do agree with the peace of advice you give here. But if scammers wouldn't exist this advice would not even be necessary.

IMO, legit = 100% 'hand grinded' and non gold buying.

Scamming, hacking bla bla bla depend on personality, you're still 'legit' if you scam / hack someone...

Hacking is a whole different discussion tho.. cuz anyone who got 'hacked' actually got their accounts stripped by their friends or people who they trusted with their account info / got keylogged / got brute forced... I don't really see wheres the 'hacking' in that lol
