How to get 5 Stable Filth?

PS : I have 10 Holy waters and dont knwo hot ot use. And dont find Constantinple Stable =[

Walk upto the stable and use one, it either disapears or turns into the clean stuff.

Dont undarstand, im come here and try tu use, and it say " You can`t use the holy water in this are" =[

You need to goto the stable to use it. If it says it doesnt work, just in a different place around the stable.
Not Constantinople stable, the stable is out in the fields, it says in the quest descriptions.

go to the haystaxk at that stable and rightclick the holy water
each one takes some time, if it works you will get a filth
if you don't have enough holy waters go to the St Andreas church in london and fill a bottle there (or you can just go back to the guy that give you the holy water the first time)
