IMO the 10th degree protector looks exactly like 9th degree protector except it has a minor color change and the male chest piece actually covers the full chest. As usual the euro armor looks amazing and I don't really have too much of an opinion on anything else.

The chinese stuff is basically reuse of older items. Look at it <_<" The pro is just an enhanced 9th. The armor I know there is something similar to it. The garm is just a mixed around 9th with a new hat. The blade is.. wow. Enhanced 9th again.
The euro.. I'm suprised they can come up with ideas for that. I wonder if they skills are just reused stuff as well.

Edit : It'd take a week to get enough sp for a level up, but.. most users in ksro that reached the cap farmed.. plenty. Watch Joymax bring out some sort of new premium item that does 250% exp increase just for this. I mean why not? It'd take forever just to make it to lv 100

100 in probadly 6-9 months 5- 7 with premium
man i cant even get to 8 degree... how in the hell will i ever reach 10 degree without botting or spending shitloads on sro? sometimes it sucks being legit
Great Chinese gets shit loads of new skills, but what get Euro? It seems that only rogue and few wizard, warlock skills. So that means warriors get to stick with skills we got now till lvl100 cap? thats damn unfair.
