saw the new SRO site very nice but I saw an announcement that says every one has to download the Eroupe patch and I already have the setup ready in my computer dose this mean I have to downloade it again.

No, if you already have it, you're fine. They were just asking ppl to make sure they get it beforehand to cut the traffic on the update servers when Euro does open.
