is tanker fight with a nuker from the same lv and the same armor with pots who wil win a tanker with glavier

The hybird will fly away, draw.

It depends, low crits on glaive side, it's luck if the glaive can stun and crit and what kind of hybrid, and how smart the players are.

hybrid in the hands of experianced player with some sort of mix like 2:1 dual wep, spear or s+s will beat the glavier if gears are the same

Let me just put it this way. In a fight with no mater what the builds are, a 1:1 hybrid ice blader will come in and ice nuke both to death. This settles all, "Who will win between a blank and blank?"
