Well my title is the question

Becouse a friend told me that a guy purchased alot of silk and gived it out on astral, and made it +11

Is that true??

Your friend might be thinking of a L52 SoSun+11 Cornu Blade that was posted here some time ago. In fact, I think the process of his making the Blade is on YouTube.

Proved because the highest + you can have is 255, or something.

(I think).
