Bow Quesion...Need Help

ok, im a lvl 44 pure str bowman...i heard that the 70:70 hybrid bow is pretty good...i need to know if i should keep my pure str build or start putting some int in, please help me i dont know what to do....or i need to know if it is too late to even start int.

This belongs in the C&S, BTW.
But in regards to your question - it's too late to become a 70:70 Bowman. It's an INT-heavy build, if I'm not mistaken, and if you're L44, you MIGHT be able to pull off making a 70:70 when we eventually reach the 110 Cap or such, but certainly, not the current cap.

stay pure STR, any int based build for bow sucks in my opinion :P
