Maybe, but it could be one of those instances where the game registers you as dead before it registers in your log. Maybe some packets of data sent faster than each other? Its happened to me many times where I'm fighting Isy and it says something like, I can't do this while dead, then my character screams and dies while my HP is still full. Maybe a second or 2 later my HP goes to 0 and the exp I lost shows in the log. My guess is its the same case here.

I think He did from mob and scrolled up so it didn't say he lost XP. You can tell that he scrolled

Ok, ok.. I know the cause of this. Happens to me all the time.

Aliens send a signal from their alien head-quarters and trigger the health pots to slow down by 10%. Then when aliens go into ravine to kill you they bring your body back to their head-quarters and eat you. Then, cause theyre so mysterious and no one saw, they were ncie and didn't make you loose exp since you were their dinner and then you teled back into dw and you were like WTFH. Kthxbye

Maybe you got pwned by an invisible GM? Now with all the changes we're starting to see with Joynax, I wouldn't be surprised if GMs actually logged on every once in a while. Who knows, this may be how they verify botters

didn't read the whole thread, but my guess is burn damage. yiu're grinding near taoists. if they burn you, and you don't pill it off, and burn gets you to 0 HP, you die, but don't lose exp.

You did lose exp. We just can't see it in your log. You need to click the down arrow in order for us to see it. I don't know if you accidentally clicked the arrow up or did it intentionally to play a trick but your system status box on the right side only becomes visible when you have the mouse over that designated area.

that still doesnt explain how he died. possible the gms were watching you for botting and slayed you. they used to do that to people in the caves when they were suspected of botting. but.. a gm never showed up, so who knows.
