about clerics and bards...

im testing some euro builds, and maybe i will do a bard + cleric, but im not sure yet...
1-whats better, main mastery cleric and secondly bard, or main bard and as lowest mastery cleric?
2-wont it be a little boring? u cant pvp, u even cant go hunter/thief/trader... (well u can go with ppl jobbing, but without wearing job suit...)
3-u think that it will be a lot of healers, or not enough...?
4-which build combines well with bard? for example wizard+bard...
5-the bards and clerics MUST be full int, and why? cant they be full str or hybrid str...? because i think they need to be hard to kill :/

THey dont have to be INT i am going hybrid INT for pvp(Cleric btw).

they can recover they own mp, and convert they hp to mp, but dunno if their skills need a lot of mp...

ah the bard has magical attack only... so i will be hybrid int, but still dunno which mastery as main an which one sub-mastery :/

yay another bard.. or half-bard ...... for ur mastery & sub ... it really depends on what you like .... if did a combo like ur doing i would do cleric as the main and bard as sub .... because cleric tree is biggggg

since euro is so dependant on grinding in groups, I would go pure bard or pure cleric just to be an asset to the team, a jack of all trades is the master of none.

i was going to make a topic just like this one ...... i got some others questions cleric/bard will be able to wear light armor?, if i buff the party with the bard skill and then switch to cleric will the bard buffs still be there? whats stroger the bards skill or clerics ? hope some one can answer this .... ohh btw i has looking at the krsro site and using a translator on the clothing parts of euro and didn´t find the bonus of protector and garment (speed and -mp skill)

lets see... clerics can wear light armor and robe, but bards only robe. so if u want to wear light armor, u should go cleric as main mastry. about the buffs, i only can say that when u buff the pt for speed increase (first buff u got as bard) and u switch to another weapon, the buff doesnt disappear... i hope this works for all the buffs, but im not sure 100%
and i havent seen anything about the bonus of robes and light armors, only that they have less phy def and more mag def... so i dont know if they have it

i think that im going to be only bard, because i like their skills and how they look hehe, and if i see that there arent enough clerics, i will get their skills too...

im going to be a pure bard myself because im used to the pure int builds high mp low hp >_< .... i think bards have the better buffs... really unusual but awesome... good AoE.. and they will always be needed in a party

I got a 23 cleric on csro and they need to be full int or they wont be able to keep the group healed. The healing and str/int buffs take alot of mp and pure str or hybrid won't be able to maintain his mp with the 30 sec pot delay.

There are no clothing bonuses in Euro, Heavy Armor/Light Armor/Robe have the same speed and the same MP spend, the only bonuses you can get come from the passives in each Mastery, i.e. the Bard mastery has a passive to waste less MP (but i think it only works if you are using a harp).

I wouldn't suggest it... Bards have a BIG amount of MP if they are pure INT but MP heal spends a lot of MP as well. And the skill to recover MP from a mob's HP can't keep up with the MP spend of healing.

There's no use going hybrid because you will run out of MP much faster, and if the Bard runs out of MP, eveyone does, besides, Bards have a skill like Harmony Therapy, but it is an aura that follows your char, so aggressive mobs can't attack you (Unless they are champions or giants) and that makes easier to focus on healing MP.

yea u are right with that... the thing that worries me is that being full int, clerics and bards will die easily... but i forgot about the skill like the harmony therapy, that will help bards. anyway im nuker so im used to die faster than others xD
