All these high lvl weapons have astrals left over. Theres a reason for that.

Im not supporting that this is CCF'd or not. But, why would anyone waste an extra astral and immortal on +9ing something. Why would you need 2? If it suceeds, you wasted 2 astrals. If it fails you wasted 1. Would you waste your money if you didnt need to? So thats why it could be a CCF weapon. Im not saying it is or isnt..

Theres a 52 sos +9 bow on oasis too very cool looking.

Its a pitty the spear owner is hybrid. (well from the dmg ive seen done it looks hybrid)
But who knows maybe his build will be sweet after 90 cap

Those 70 dmg points .. bleh IMO not worth the fall back risk. And I would of expected it to be 21XX mag dmg >.>
