What do you mean? The only thing the astral restriction does is stop a low level person from ccfing a high level item. A high level player can still throw 20 astral on their 64 sun blade and do a charge back after selling the blade. Isn't that what CCFers do? Just on a new lvl 1 account to protect their "real" account.
