I got to damn bored of silkroad, and i decided to take a break. I'm not sure yet if it's going to be a break, or quitting the game. I would like some reasons to keep playing the game, but don't tell me that hunting / thiefing / trade runs are cool things to do
I've been playing silkroad for about 1 year, tried everything in this game, and i honestly think that this is a very very boring game.
i'm 72... i got a lot of friends in the game. But in the last week i was logging in game just to chat with them. No grinding, no hunting, no nothing.. just afk in hotan chatting. So i decided to use a chat program for that, instead of trying hard to log in game in crowded hours just to chat
I was bored of my 53 on oasis, so i moved to poseidon...got to 33 then went back to oasis to help with a trade run. Never returned to Poseidon lol. (Any-one wants SOS garm 21 female chest and shoulders 33 armour i'll try and get on to give)
Taking Breaks is good when you/if you come back you enjoy it more. well for me to combat boredem i keep making new chracters pretty happpy on pacific atm keep foegetting to pm lia and tell her i remade >.>

"Don't ask what silkroad can do for you, but what you can do for silkroad."
Stay strong.
As long as silkroad doesn't do anything for me but take my money and my time, why should i do anything good for silkroad? i think i did enough for SRO by buying silks.

53 on oasis? didnt you say you could 2-hit my 53 archer?
isnt your weapon only 52+5 sos glaive? 4-5 hits
Quit. Theres no other reason for you to play. Most people playing SRO are addicts, and therefore will eventually succumb to greed. They'll resort to scams botting etc. Another reason to quit is because its boring. You click dunno 5 billion times simply to level up. There's like no such thing as friends on SRO, can't trust anyone. The only person I've seen that is trustworthy and loyal is suicide gil according her posts ranting about trust being a holy thing. But you know what, SRO teaches you things about the real life, how people really are. For example, my mom got scammed by my dad's sister... Yes my dad's sister. She took 10 thousand dollars from her. You can't trust ANYONE, unless that person you know is honest, believe me that's hard to find. An ingame example for me was when some girl said she could +5 my sos bow. Of course I believe her, because I thought she was just a nice girl. But she scammed me and took it. If I ever get scammed again, then I'll scam the scammer back, like saying "Give my 1 mill and ill drop my SOS bow." Once that happens, I'll obviously give them back the 1 mill and tell them i hope you learned your lesson. But I know most of you would keep it. But hey, some girl gave me 1 mill for free before simply because I gave her a few thousands of arrows for free. But hey, you know what there's still hope for SRO. Play on private servers, less lag, less bots etc. You also get more drops, and level up faster. That means less people will try to scam you too. And hey, when you quit, don't simply give your account to anyone. They don't care about you, give it to someone that will be grateful, that is honest. So take my advice into consideration. We have lost our moral values. Beware. Oh but if you ever meet me ingame that's a VERY good reason to keep playing. But if we become good friends and you scam me.... mehhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's possible hahaha but don't trust me either.
