help, im getting this problem when i try to start csro, any ideas?

bet U got Norton. Disable it. It stops programs from altering other .exe files and stuff like that.

uhhh i uninstalled norton a month ago
i have no virus safety thing cuz its so dam anoying and i never get any viruses anyway, and i found out the problem,
i translated it before i updated it, thats a big no no(8)
