Any changes to skills, EUro, monsters etc.?
Is it still a Glavie world and STR Bows still suck?

The Cap has been raised to 80, but there are no new skills implemented yet.
The Euro Update has yet to come out, although Takla has.
STR Bows are not the best of PvP builds currently, but with the new update, and the Knockback and Stun skills that Bowmen will have, it's generally agreed upon that Bowmen will be a good PvP build, if not one of the best.
Yes, STR Glaviers are still the most dominating PvP build, what with their nice damage, high Crits, and ability to tank so well.

Strongbow is the skill that will have stun
and the arrow combo will have KnockBack, each arrow can KB.
