Secret Portals?

Ive been hearing about these secret portals around SRO. Are they real? Ive seen one in Jangan South but it doesn't go anywhere. I would like to know if there are more of these portals.

There sure are, but they won't be used till europe.

Actually they are portals to euro towns, there was a map before that someone posted with portal locations exactly where the south portals are and labeled with the euro town names
