Yea, their shite site messes up all the time. I once had to try 5 days in a row cause it would kick me back to the main page after i checked the box agreeing to terms, and hit next. When i tried to go back i got that message.

I wanted to train and I got that 2 freakin days in a row One was an internal server error on Joymax's part and the second was Paypal telling me they couldn't complete the transaction normally or some dumb thing. But yeah, paypal shuts down vendor's accounts A LOT for really stupid reasons. They have an overall whopping 42% customer satisfaction, one of the lowest of any large company in the history of the internet. Every time paypal goes down, it's cuz a certain amount of people used paypal accounts that are later reported as stolen, so you can blame those stupid account stealing bastards who charge silk with stolen accounts for that one. I have absolutely no idea how Joymax gets them to unban their vendor account though cuz usually that takes months.
