Unless you know where they live and you can kick the shit out of them (If the other guy is bigger and stronger and has a black belt in twiakanjujitsufiaten then dont give him anything)

It didn't seem wierd a higher lvl player would wanna borrow a lower lvled weapon? With all the bs that goes on in sro you feel like you can lend out weapons and stuff to people?
