Server Capacity

I heard somewhere that the older servers can olny hold about 3000 people and the newer one sonly 2000. Can anyone verify that or if not do you know anythign else about the server limit.

btw I checked and that list is barely function at best if not completely inaccurate. Venice was stuck at 3003 people for about 10 mins so I didn't try to log in but then i just figured aww **** it and I got in on my first try. It's total BS.

Is those server estimates are based of their lists of players, such as the one here, then it is totally inaccurate.
