God people that work at PayPal are retarded. I've been doing bullshit that they want. And they say they need more information. Now they want.

- Fax a copy of your monthly statement for the credit card. The statement
must show your name, address and account number exactly as they appear in
your PayPal account.

How the hell am I supposed to do that? CC has my name, but bills go on company name. :banghead:

it's a new security update for paypal i had to do that and everyone outside of US or using a CC not a bank account going to do that..
i sent them my ADSL/Land line phone bill.

Go to your CC bank issuer and ask them for help.
Ask them for a printed last month Statment, your name and bank name/address will be there, it will help.
Paypal team is easy to deal with, don't worry about that.

Here's what happened. I was using Slovenian paypal account. When paypal Croatia opened, I thought to close my Slovenian account. But I thought it would withdraw my payments so I didn't close it. Only removed my credit card. I added that credit card to my Croatian account. There system finds that suspiscious and before I can restore my account. I have to fix my Slovenian account which I didn't use for some time. Had to fax them some info. Which I did, now they want me to enter expand use number, which I did before when I opened the account. And now we come to a problem. I have only one credit card, it is now on my Croatian account, and I cant add it to old one. I have no idea what to do.

Unbanning your account is possible dont let this "your screwed buddy" shit put you down. I have gotten mine unbanned and i know someone who got his unbanned in like 2-3 days.

First of all, payments after 45 days can't be chargedback.
you need now to close the Slovenian paypal account, verify the your Croatian account with your address and the expand use number.
You can't unban your account with a different paypal account. in JM recoreds its the Croatian paypal account that did the charge back, you have to deal with this one.
So you have to fix the one you used lately.
it's really easy and paypal team is really helpful, call them if you still have problems.
I don't think reactivating your paypal account will be a problem. it's just getting your account unbanned will be a little hard, people did it before so you can do it.
Sending the info to paypal and verifying your account wont take more than 1 day.

This has happened to my guild mate and me as well with my lvl 34 blader alternate account. PayPal is a great idea, but it's executed POORLY. They want every piece of your life information including a DNA sample and your family tree!!! It's so retarded. I've had the same account for 3 years and a few months ago they blocked my account until I sent like 60 f***ing different bills showing I am who I am, then I had to fax a copy of my drivers license, a bill with my name and address on it, a credit card statement, I had to verify my credit card account by them doing a transaction on it and me reporting the exact amount back to them...

Phone numbers, they wanted my phone bill. DO I NEED TO FLY TO YOUR DAMN OFFICE TO SHOW YOU MY 15 FORMS OF ID?!?!?! I HAVE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE TOO IF YOU WANT IT.

So yeah, my PayPal is still blocked and I can't buy silk with the same credit card I've been using for 3 years on NewEgg & ebay. They blocked my account this week because they recieved a "negative report from my credit agency". WTF? I have like a 750 credit score, and they don't have access to my social # so how could they even check???

A friend of mine got banned for a chargeback aswell because he had less money in his debit card than he thought he did. He did everything in his power to get his account back; he contacted Joymax and offered to pay the Silk charge and a fee for the chargeback and unbanning. Joymax ignored all his attempts. Sorry, but your account is probably gone forever.
