FIRE 90
ICE 90
LIGHTNING 90
...
The point of mana shield is for you to stay alive so you can get your nukes off.
A pure int's physical attack power is so low compared to a pure str. Even with a 90% increase... So if your physical attacks as a pure int do less damage then a pure str. A pure str vs a pure str is a pot fight. Why use weapon skills at a 90 cap with mana shield as a pure int?

erms... i don't quite get it.. 1% dmg increase per lvl 1 up for skilltree?
does the force lvl up means 1% up too? why do we really need bicheon..
and 90weap and 1 skill tree means 90% phy and 90% mag up...
so could we abandon bicheon for another force skill tree to have two 90% up for mag damage?
well im kinda confuse bout this % thingy but i dun have bicheon skills, im lv 65 with abosulutely no bicheon lvls at all
im planning with fire90,light90,cold90.. is that feasible??
I suggest that everyone that is planning a new char taking account the new skills go to the Characters Skills, because someone open the pk2 files of ksro and put on a file all the info about the new skills. On that file you have level at which you get the skills, SP required and effect. I already did the planning of what I will need and Im crying looking how much SP I will need to just get the basic skills

If the final lvl cap is 140, then the mana shield can go up to 80% damage reduce. So any build with ice can be a tanker. The build that sounds good is a pure int tanker.
Learning weapon skill is only for pvp oriented build : KD, stun, KB for buying time to survive, but the problem is resolved with mana shield. Although, weapon skill is not effective in war since u can cooperate with your team and 1 nuke kill the enemy.
The best build at cap 140 for pure int is 140 ice, 140 light, 20 for anything. Yet fire imbue and nuke deal more damage but are compensated by magic buff from light. Choosing fire as main is giving up 2 skill series : phy buff and passive; while all skill series from light is important for an int.

Nah at 90 cap light nuke > fire nuke. What fire users gain is fire shield, phys atk (somewhat useless if you have to sacrifice a wep tree to get fire), and mag def.

New skill that'll be out... in a while.
Don't know THAT much about it, or as much as some of the other people around this forum, TBH, but basically, it's just a buff that takes damage away from your HP, and deals it to your Mana.
Say your Mana Shield took away 10%.
You get hit for 100 damage.
You take 90 damage to your HP.
Your MP decreases by 10.
Kickass for INTs, since they'll be able to tank a hell of a lot more...

And this skill is under Bicheon?

Exactly, I've made up my mind, im going to go with 90 Light , 90 Cold, 90 Bicheon and 30 heuksal, the 30 heuksal is the only thing im not 100% sure i'm going to get,
I've already started to delevel fire It's at 20 from previously being 80 its a big change ^_^ but i think cold is fun and will be even more fun as the cap raises to 90

+1
also when supporting bladers stabs are amzing someone hits the ground and gets 6 stabs in a few seconds.
its more amazing to shoot a fire nuke at lvl 90 compared to cold nuke at lvl 90 i think the damage gap is much more bigger by then
