you know I came to the realization that if someone is determined to get to lvl 80, they will prob be strong...
cause i see older players with their older guilds all having +3 or less players and yet being thought of as legendary people or something.
so i realized, if guilds are recruiting strong players, the players dont need to be beefed up with suns at lvl 30.. +3 or less will do because god knows what they will turn out to be like in the end.
i bet everyone out there knows a noob lvl 30 that in the end turned out to be one of the best in the server.

+1. In another MMORPG that I played, I was co-leader of a guild, and we recruited low-leveled players, that we saw had potential. I quit the game for a while, and when I went back, all of them were, while not legendary, extremely well-known on the server. And they still were in the guild, and felt that they owed the guild alot, for accepting them when they were still noobs.
True story.
