WHY DONT PK2 EDIT WORK????

I open hex and i open media.pk2 in my silkroad directory, then i do this

then i replace it and stuff, then it loaded and says replace succesful, but shows the number 0

then i do the .bsr part

then i replace it, and it says replacement succesful, but still has the number 0 like the other one

then i save and exit out of hex editor, then i go into silkroad, and my bow isnt changed, wtf is going on?????

someone plzzzz help??, ive done it before, but it isnt working for some reason

Check the first ss. You've got .bsr for one and .ddj for the other.....

First put:
bow_1.ddj

bow_8.ddj

*click replace all*

Then put:
bow_1.bsr

bow_8.bsr

no...you forgot the 0..its ITEM_CH_BOW_08.ddj/bsr and ITEM_CH_BOW_01.ddj/dsr

or \ instead of _

I guess thats the problem... o.o

You dont have to put it.
The only thing i forgot was the 0 before the degree number.
Fix:

bow_01.ddj
bow_08.ddj

*replace all*

bow_01.bsr
bow_08.bsr

I never put the rest of the text and it works for me.
