Heeelp... i can't log in

I've tryed to log in about 20 times, and i get "server is under inspection", or "failed to connect C9" :banghead:

It's not from my internet connection, nor from my PC.

Does any1 have the same problem?? What should i do??

the problem is not server traffic, check technical area
