But hardly equal to a 72 weapon.

Reinforcements 15% lower min/max.

Plus if you are that level 52, your mastery is 20%+20% less in modifying value.

the phy attack IS equal to a lvl 72 +5 weapon.

Yes, the physical attack is, but he was saying that when equipped, a 72+5 weapon will have a higher damage range simply because of the higher level \ higher mastery \ higher reinforce.
