Becoming lvl 4 trader/hunter/thief

Can anyone tell me if there is any benifets to becoming a lvl 4 trader/hunter or thief? By benifets i mean do you get stronger as a expert or have better defense when in that job or is it just to show everyone u have too much time on your hands?

there are no benefits as of yet, but soon there will be.

The job update will give diffrent abilities to the diffrent jobs
