Need Help! How to "Vote Fore a Leader"

Hi guys. I wanted to know is this is working already. And if it is, how many members have to vote, and does the Guild Master have to vote too? or even be online?
No, I'm not tring to steal someones guild. I'll explain, I startded playng more than a year ago, and @ the time the guild that I was on, was one of the strongest guild on the server, but as time gone by, some players started to quit plaiyng. And now I'm the last player left :S
And I don't want to abandon this guild cos I was the guy that gave more GP, Money, and Time to it.
So, any of u guys ever user the Vote For a Leader thing?

PS: I can invite, so, I can get as many votes I want... Just not from the master cos he quited.

u should be master if ur the last one left.

I'm the last one (plaiyng) left. All the other ones are still there, but they just don't play no more...

the guild master has to be inactive for 45days to vote , and after that u need like 60% of ppl on the past 15days.

It takes 45 days for the vote fr leader to work, then every player who has logged on in the last 60 days has the right to vote. So it really takes 60 days, not 45.
