I have Blocking ratio 100 (100%) on weapon. How can other players are able to block when i attack. What does 100 mean? :?

If I had to guess, I'd say like every 10 br on your weapon is like 1 br on a shield.

Thus if your opponent had br 10, then he couldn't block.

But I'm guessing you can't be totally block immune.
