Depends on how you want to spell it.

What is Xian, or what does it mean? Because many games from oriental countries have Xian as a server name.

You have to kinda move your tongue weirdly to pronounce the "Xi" part.

it's a chinese city, go check out the post by cyndaine. it used to be the chinese capital (for a few dynasties).

and happy is right, and it used to be chang'an, or jangan in sro (idk why they spell it jangan, its supposed to be chang'an!)
