Why would you ever run SRO while running SRO? Bandwidth meters measure how much of the connection is
currently unused . As in it shows how much SRO left available. Your real connection speed is what the meter gets when no programs are using the connection.
I'm at school now and got a crappy 3600 kbps cuz it's 11:00 and everyone's on but at night i can get 6 MB/sec downloading the SRO installer which is 48,000 kps
At home I get 4500-5000 kbps cuz I got road runner
