Okay, I have a decent idea. (Hope I can say this)
Anyways I think that if joymax finds out someone is botting they put a permanant cape on the character. Then everyone could go bot hunting if they wanted to and people could stand outside the gates, with capes on, doing bot-patrols. I dunno maybe it's dumb, but I think it would be cool.

theres just too many loopholes in that idea
and banning them dont stop em they just reappear with a new account -_-
