the way I do it doesn't work the first time but it works in a lot less time than just repeatedly clicking and typing.
First get to the confirmation window where they want you to put in random letters and numbers.
Type in one letter and click confirm. There will obviously a message that says "error failed 1 out of 3 times, try again" (or something like that). Do this once more.
When you have only one chance left to type in the correct numbers/letters, type in the correct stuff and click confirm. You might get in, or you might not, but I find that it works faster than just doing the same normal thing over and over again.
Hope I was clear with ths

My ritual:
Type username
Type password
Hit enter
Type image verification code
Click confirm
Click character
Click start
Play
Come on, I only have 3 fingers on my left hand and I can type the image code fast enough every time. You guys need to get a little better.
