SP EDIT SKILL-HOW DOES IT WORK?

I recently finished some quest on getting 10 cursed hearts
In exchange, I got something which says it will allow me to reallocate my SP skills, which i was pretty interested in, but it doesnt work when i right-click. How does it work? Thx

lol goto the herbalist and choose Skill relocation.

Then you can edit your skills.

btw, you can collect upto 300 of those hearts but you dont really need them at lower levels.

They can only be kept in your inventory as stacks of 50 now, not 300 like before. Just to clear that up.
