Tools ---> Options and go under games tab and click "Not installed" and find silkroad and browse the game path and click OK.

Tools > Options
Tab: Games

Then go to "Not installed", look for SRO in the huge list and click it.
Then type the location. C:\Program Files\Silkroad is the default.

EDIT: Nvm. >>

Just don't go messing with moving the SRO files to another harddisc or whatever, if Xfire sees it on the C-drive and you put it on another harddisc, it won't record anymore, and it'll keep on saying that it is on the C-drive. You'll have to go through a shitload of trouble to let it work properly again. At least in my case.
