Easter Event?

Last year I remember there was a Easter Event.... I just missed it I joine sro 1 week later xD

So I wonder if there will be one this year, because my friend heard rumors about that there won't be 1 this year. Is that true?

Supposedly MorningDew annouonced that there will be no Easter event but it was taken down later. Maybe to prevent mass amounts of whiners from posting, or maybe they decided to not cancel it after all.

Pretty sure there wont be an event, I would rather have them spend time banning player bots.

I heard that there will not be an easter event, because the economy is still being influenced by the last event.
But the economy gets more influenced by CCF'ers and goldbuyers. :banghead:

i'd rather have some sort of event to take my mind of the endless boring grind and the ultimate boredom that came after i was done with that...

wtf is there to do at 80 being maxed? yeah wait for hopeless events to drop and enjoy the moment

Events are good and bad. My current char started as an alt char during the thanksgiving event and i was farming in stronghold at lvl 16. During the event i made 20-30mil+ just on event items, mostly from my farming char.

Sounds good huh? Guess again, lots of other people made loads of money too, this screwed the economy over 10 fold. Wasnt too bad for the people who where active in the event because they could afford the newer high prices. But it screwed over anyone who joined after the event or were not active during the event. Only now are we getting over the effects of the thanksgiving event.

As well as this the servers were crowded 24/7, you think its bad now? an event would probably make it worse.

Im glad there is not going to be an easter event, hopefully they will stick to there word (lol, im laughing as im typing this bit). If they do decide to do an event then hopefully it will involve something that you cant get rich quick from.

great ideas !

i guess if they baded the botters there would b like 50% less traffice lol so its better to deal with botters first

as my sign says a best botter is a dead botter !

Agree.

But just banning bots will result in an easy traffic, I think. Servers are now infested with botters. Geez.

No need for events. Just keep banning bots. Thank you JM. I'd truly appreciate it.
