it is closed due to ccf, but i'd let only lv 60+ players to send silk, i dont think anybody will make lv 60 character for that

its closed because people would take advantage of it and sell it to other people. it says silk gift, not sell.

It was closed because ppl would CCF silk and then sell the items, so JM was not getting money and ppl were still getting what they needed.
