here is my little experience
the drop rate of tsro is higher than that of isro

No, its level 1 Seal of Star
In Europe you need mastery levels to equip items, not your character levels.

Like this one, you can wear it if you have one of

a. Level 1 warlock mastery
b. Level 1 wizard mstery
c. Level 1 bard mastery or
d. Level 1 clerick mastery

anyway
i got a sos 10 minutes into playing europe on ksro
sos lvl 1 garm chest female
then we realized we were in the wrong server (our other friend was on different server) and so we had to restart an new one...

then i found another sos... lvl 1 male talisman
lol.

if only they dropped that easily on isro =\

its red because the char is a fighter and the drop is a garm
u actually needs appropriate lvls of mastery to wear armors
