lvl 24 sos shield.. how mutch?

How mutch should i sell my SOS (seal of star) lvl 24 SHIELD.. block ratio 16 33%.

:p

Edit: it was block ratio 16 with +33% , and blue item immortal 1 times/time.

I traded one yesterday +3 br 17 for a sos 24 spear +3 with crit 14 and 6 blues, sold that for 3.2m
