Yet like many of you realized, no answer.
If we can't get an answer.
Then the probability of a single user to get an answer would be impossible from our point of view. Though we aren't loosing focus and will continue our work.

We believe that Silkroad should TAG silk item and silk with a timestamps. If the silk purchased can't be charged back since it been more then 1 month someone bought them, those silk should become transferable.
Basically you can use those silk to use the feature Silk gift.
If you bought some silk and the same day you buy some global chat. Those global chat should be timestamps so that you can't transfer them until the timestamps expire.
In other word, after 30 days of the silk purchase date, those global chat would become transferable.
The use of this method will greatly increase Joymax income since people will now be able to buy silk from joymax and to give them to other people inside the game using silkroad method to transfer silk.
As for the +immortal and +astral, when they are used an an item if the timestamps isn't expired, the timestamps of the +immortal should be transfered to the item.
Basically if you buy silk today and buy a +immortal and use it on your weapon, this weapon won't be able to be transfered from 1 user to another for 30 days, after the 30 days, the item can be transfered.
Only thing left for CCF is the use of Global chat. Silkroad can choose what to do for this, using a need to be level 20 or higher would be an option but wouldn't be appreciated by the legit community.
If you buy silk today and don't use them, 30 days later the timestamps expire and you buy a monkey, that monkey will gain the timestamps of the silk which is expired which mean that you can trade the monkey with other players.
Does Joymax really want to increase there income or not?
Not to be against but this feature as been given away by me 5-6 months ago about 3 times.
I even said it to a GM while I was in the silk-assistant.
I didn't knew how much work it needed for it to be done but now i have a better understanding of how the game work then 6 month ago.
I know it can be done, so request Korean tech team to wake up and to start working on it.
I know you have a lot of project open simultaneously, but this project is beneficial for both end, Joymax, there customer and there consumer.

We hope that this isn't the first time that Joymax Korean Tech team will hear about this news.
Since this request was made a long time ago and the GM at that time said that it has been sent to Joymax Korea and they would decide about it.
If I was Joymax I wouldn't necessarily put too much pressure on bot, though I don't understand why the request against CCF hasn't been accepted.
Only thing I can see is that programmer looked at the request and said, smart but I don't fell like programming it, complicated.
If any manager making money on the game or if any CEO would have read that request, you would of stopped all your project and worked on this feature right away.
CCF development until now, made the buy silk item with level restriction for Astral and immortal. Yet still possible to credit card fraud them, it just require to loose a high level.
Anyway, let see what our community has to say about this. Those flaming about bot should agree with us on this subject.

I know that a few bot use CCF but they are rare.
A LOT of customer and consumer want to have the 'SILK GIFT' enabled and want to be able to trade monkey item and time service ticket to gain more experience for 3 hours per day for in game gold like it used to be at the beginning. Which is supported and follow the TOS since it's a trade made from silkroad to silkroad and no real money profit is made outside Silkroad except for Joymax.
