Guild war still 'bugged'?

Ok, so i saw a global today of somebody trying to sell their guild.
I pm'ed the guy as mine and his guild had a 'thing' in the past.

He verbally challenged us to a war.

I set the think up for a 1 hour war, 1 million compensation ect ect...

Press confirm, yadda yadda yadda...

'The object is too far'

WTF?

Maybe the leaders need to be close to eachother?

Yea, apperently they changed that... my GM tried to send a guildwar invite from his training spot, didnt work, when the other GM was near him it did

my friend said he tried to war... The GM's were next to eachother everything was fine... but the war dident start :? :?
