Yet another funny trade run/thief story

You can tell the high levels are getting bored again ... maxed out 80s with nothing to do. So I guess to pass the time there have been a series of hunter/thief "wars" at the DW SOUTH gate. These "wars" are mostly a showcase for any level 78-80s that drop by or global.

Soooooo ... anyways a few days ago I am diligently working on earth taoists on my other account to gather stuff for alchemy when Plus44 globals for one of these hunter/thief "wars". After breaking down and storing a load of stuff in DW I stop to watch ... its always fun to see the explosions and whooses and posturing that goes on with these things.

Plus44 is there of course, plus mom0, I think TiggoBiddies and cucu too, ... anyways there were a good 8 or so very high level thieves and not many hunters. So Plus44 globals again ... even calling out the union I am in to come and fight as hunters ... (much to my surprise).

Sorry about the long lead up ... but here is the funny part ... just as Plus44 is strutting through all of his challenges on globals ... union members are bringing a few five star trades into DW at the WEST gate.

Thats where our high level hunters were ... doing what hunters are supposed to do. The five star trades all make it safely into DW and the hunters went back to grinding with a job well done.

So I had to quietly laugh at all those dressed up, high level thieves ... and left to continue working on the earth taoists.

P.S. ... and yes I am a noob and happy to be one.

Oh no ... thats the funny part.

That five star just quietly walked safely right in basically under those thieves' noses. The player thieves never even knew it was there.

i doubt that thieves would rob your trade during a fun war even if they noticed you i let some many multi stars go by when i was wearing suit just for starting a fight

hmmmm I don't know ... they were mostly just all standing around and not doing anything in thief suits. So I am guessing they were hoping for a fight to pop up?

And I wasn't on the trade run ... just watching union chat.

They were prolly waiting for another fight with the turk guilds... I won't help them in those wars nemore i was the main icer for them but they refused to rez me...rofl

It's ironic that all the thieves were trying to find the hunters when infact they were closer than they thought.

lol when i join job wars, i ignore the traders who pass by.... i like to pvp with the hunters.. (not fair for those who get robbed by someone who's higher)...

but when we go thiefing, we either go to dead ravine (or jangan) to THIEF... and when we go thiefing... no mercy
